Integrate BlueFolder With Your Other Systems

BlueFolder includes built-in email & calendar integration. Just send an email to your BlueFolder "dropbox" address and a new Service Request will be automatically created for you. It couldn't be easier. And your BlueFolder calendar can easily be synced with your personal calendar application via iCalendar subscription. We also offer a developer API that enables you to develop custom integrations with your existing business applications.

Create Service Requests via Email

Send an email message to your BlueFolder dropbox and it will be automatically converted into a new Service Request. If you forward a customer email to BlueFolder and the customer's email address is in your customer list, BlueFolder will automatically link the new Service Request to the right customer record. If the email is from a new customer, BlueFolder will make it quick and easy to create a new customer record based on the information in the email message.

Calendar Synchronization

If you use Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, or another calendar application that supports the iCalendar format, you can subscribe to your BlueFolder calendar and changes to your schedule will automatically be synched to your personal calendar application.

Developer API

The BlueFolder API is an interface that enables you to programmatically interact with your BlueFolder account. The API is implemented using standard XML over HTTPS, so it's compatible with any programming environment.
