How are user permissions determined?
User permissions are determined by the 'role' that
you assign to a user account. For example, a user with the role of 'Technician' is not able to see the same amount of information that a user with the role of 'Administrator' is allowed to see.
BlueService has roles for administrators/managers, dispatchers/schedulers,
technicians, and bookkeepers.
What if I decide to cancel?
No problem. Simply notify us 5 business days before the end of a month and your service will be cancelled at month-end.
You will not be charged for future months and there is no penalty or cancellation fee.
How do I convert my trial into a paid subscription?
When you're ready to start using BlueService on an ongoing basis, simply visit the 'Buy Now' page within your trial account. You may also contact us at sales@bluefolder.com
for assistance with converting your trial account into a paid subscription. We can either preserve the data you created during your trial, or give you a clean slate to start your
production system.
What commitment do you need from me?
All we need to establish your account is your agreement to abide by our standard terms and conditions of use and payment
of the initial setup fee and the first month's subscription. Once your account has been established, you'll just pay your
monthly subscription fee based on the number and types of users you want to use. No annual commitment is
required, but we do offer a pricing discount if you are interested in paying for an entire year at one time.
