BlueService has built-in email integration! Just send an email to your BlueService "dropbox" address and a new Service Request will be automatically created for you. It couldn't be easier.

Generate Service Requests via Email
Send an email message to your BlueService dropbox and it will be automatically converted into a new Service Request. If you forward a customer email to BlueService and the customer's email address is in your customer list, BlueService will automatically link the new Service Request to the right customer record. If the email is from a new customer, BlueService will make it quick and easy to create a new customer record based on the information in the email message.

Capture Unplanned Work With Ease
Email integration is one of the ways BlueService helps you capture every billable hour for your business. Let's say your tech is at a customer site and the customer asks them to take care of some other issue that wasn't on the schedule. Of course, the tech could use BlueService Mobile Edition to log their time, or they could simply send an email to the BlueService dropbox, along with their time spent and description of the job. A new Service Request is instantly created and ready for verification when the tech returns to the office.
