PacketTrap PSA is now BlueFolder
Effective July 8, 2014, BlueFolder Software will be providing all support for the PacketTrap PSA product, including operations, customer/technical support, billing, updates, and enhancements. In the near future, the PacketTrap PSA product will be rebranded as "BlueFolder", but will continue to be offered with the same features as before the name change.
If you are an existing PacketTrap PSA customer, you will continue to have access to your account as before and your subscription will continue to renew under an agreement between you and BlueFolder Software with essentially the same terms as were offered by Dell. Future renewals on your account will be billed by BlueFolder Software, Inc. View the official announcement here.
