  • File Attachments Capability – BlueService subscribers can now attach files to service requests, customer records and contracts. Customers can use this feature as well and attach files via the customer portal. Any files subscribers wish to remain confidential can be kept out of customer view in the portal by being marked "private."
  • Billing Export Enhancements – a new standard XML export has been added to allow users to export BlueService billing data and integrate it with other systems within their organization.
