With over 20 years of senior management experience in software and Internet technology, Marc was a founder of XA Systems Corp., a venture-backed software company in Silicon Valley that grew to $27 million in revenue and 250 employees before being acquired by Compuware. During his nine years, Marc served as CEO, Chairman, Chief Technology Officer and EVP of Research & Development. He subsequently held Sr. Management positions with Optika (NASDAQ: OPTK), a leading provider of enterprise content management software, where he was Sr. VP of Software Engineering, Customer Service, Information Technology and ASP Operations. Marc was also CEO of a startup company providing online continuing education where he led the financing and successful launch of this ecommerce business.
